Trent is a personal trainer and aspiring coach. He currently teaches junior classes, HIIT, all levels, and sparring drills classes.
Trent’s passion for fitness began in 2015, when he took up weightlifting, football and basketball. Then in 2017, Trent found his real passion after attending his first session at SSMT. 7 months later, with the support of Coaches Barry Saunders and Kar Wong, Trent had his first full Thai rules fight. Along the way, Trent has improved his fitness, strength, mental wellbeing and technique, and he looks forward to passing his knowledge and experience onto all SSMT members.
Trent recently completed his Cert 3 and 4 in Personal training / Fitness instructor. He can help members with their fitness, strength and conditioning, mobility or fight specific training – regardless of age, gender, size, or previous martial arts training.
