Complaints, Disputes & Feedback Form

Parents, guardians, members, staff and visitors are welcome to provide feedback, lodge a complaint or seek help in resolving a dispute.

Suspected breaches of our working with children code of conduct will be forwarded to management for further investigation. If a breach is committed, management must take appropriate action which may include mandatory reporting.
