I was born in Romania and have been in Australia for 9 years, joining SSMT in 2015. Muay Thai was something that I always wanted to try, so when I moved into the neighbourhood and saw Southside I couldn’t wait to sign up.
The coaches Kar and Baz were very welcoming and supportive and my passion for the sport was quickly ignited.
Over the years I have improved on my strength and technique and was excited to participate in development days and grading.
I am now a level 6 first degree black instructor.
I’m looking forward to my future with the gym and hope to play more of a role in coaching and passing on my knowledge and experience to others.
