BULLY-FREE: BULLY PREVENTION WORKSHOPS FOR KIDS & TEENS
IS YOUR CHILD A VICTIM OF BULLYING?

OVERVIEW
Our 'BULLY-FREE' workshops are held at regular intervals throughout the school year.
With knowledge gained from the past 20+ years, we combine aspects of Muay Thai and Zen Do Kai to form a simple but effective tool kit for anti-bullying, assertiveness and self-defence applications.
Each workshop aims to empower participants who are being physically or emotionally bullied, by giving them the ability to eliminate power from the bully.
We will teach skills, strategies and practice scenarios to deal with verbal and physical bullying, including situations where bullies work in groups and/or where physical assault is occurring.
In addition, we explore non-violent solutions to bullying, focusing on teaching participants how to become emotionally stronger by building confidence, awareness, assertiveness, resilience and mindset.
All workshops are conducted in a positive, encouraging and uplifting environment.
COACHING STAFF
Our coaches and instructors are professionally trained and registered, with police clearances for working with children and senior first aid certificates.
In addition, our coaching staff must abide by and work within our own working with children policy.
